Athlete food summer breakfast: yogurt with peaches, seeds and mint

Instructions

Combine the following into a small bowl:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 peach, cut into small pieces
  • sesame seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • walnut pieces
  • 4 small mint leaves, torn to pieces
