Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ c. nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 t. almond butter, unsalted
  • ½ banana, chopped
  • 1 t. chia seeds

Preparation

First, mix almond butter into the vanilla Greek yogurt with a spoon until it becomes a smooth consistency. Next, add the chopped banana and chia seeds on top of the yogurt, and enjoy!
