In a global context of environmental issues, the question of eating sustainable and adapting our diets for a lower impact on environment is more and more central. But what is exactly a sustainable diet? How can we daily eat with a low environmental impact? Is there a place for dairy products and yogurt in sustainable diets?
The Yogurt in Nutrition Initiative is looking forward to exploring these exciting and fast-moving developments and discovering how our diet can contribute both to own good health and to the health of our planet.
