The Organizing Committee has planned three days of scientific presentations and debates organized as oral and poster communications which will center around 5 major topics: Food and nutrient intake; Advances in dietary studies, methodology and design; Metabolic diversity; Nutrition and chronic diseases; and Food science and consumer behaviour.
